Permex can design profiles to suit your specification.
Untapered batten profiles and the larger diametre rods are available in 15m coils, with the exception of split jib, which is available only in 2.5m lengths.
We supply compatible endcaps for all profiles used in our Bluestreak Sail Batten range. These sail batten tips come in a variety of configurations such as tie-ins, blanks, slotted and P.V.C.
All Bluestreak battens are constructed from highly durable vinylester resin. Pultruded rod is of flexible polyester grade resin but can be upgraded to vinylester by special order.
We also supply two sizes of filament wound tube at 3m and 2m lengths respectively. The larger tube has an outer diametre of 13.3mm and an inner diametre of 10mm. The smaller tube outer is 10mm and inner is 8mm.
